Richard and I were so fortunate to have Lisa Manke as our Real Estate Agent. There were so many complications in the sale of Richard’s Joshua Tree home; the whole process stretched out for just a couple of months shy of a year. One buyer got cold feet for no good reason, another was less than forthcoming about his true financial situation and cost us valuable time when he ended up being unable to get a loan. Meanwhile, interest rates were climbing and prices were dropping. In spite of these factors, Richard and I always felt calm and confident. That is because Lisa was calm and confident. She is so knowledgeable and professional, and her demeanor is warm, down to earth, direct and honest, complete trust was instilled. I had never encountered some of the pitfalls we experienced, but Lisa had and she adeptly guided us through. Our only regret is, we won’t get to work with her again, because we don’t have any more houses to sell or dreams of buying. But, we will refer others to her, because she is the BEST!
