Rocky did a great job for us. It was as if we were his only client. He really went the extra mile to help us get acquanted with the local housing market and all the in's and outs of HOA's, CDD fees, homeowners insurance in Florida etc. Rocky made the stressful process of buying a house a lot more enjoyable!!
