There are so many great things to say about Rocio! She is an amazing realtor; my husband and I were very happy that she was with us every step of the way to purchase our first home! As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous about buying a home since it is a big commitment and purchase. But Rocio did such a great job easing our nerves. I also have to say, Rocio is SO PATIENT! There were times that we were all for a home, then suddenly back out last minute because we were nervous, and she never rushed us into anything and respected our decision. I hear stories from family and friends saying how they felt pressured into buying a home they weren’t crazy about, but in our case, Rocio never pressured us to make an offer on a home we weren’t sure of. Every week she would send us a list of potential homes we would be seeing over the weekend and we would then tell her what we liked or didn’t like so she can see what else to look for in a home. Until we found our amazing home in Covina, and she made sure we got an amazing deal on it!! We couldn’t be happier!
