Rocio worked with our request for what we needed, She was able to find us a mobile home that was bigger than we were originally looking for and has an amazing yard too. We will be able to have a large size garden to help with being able to spend less on food. As well as within the price range. We found the perfect house! She worked well within our price range which was on the lower end of being able to afford what we needed with in the area we requested. Rocio was most helpful, sweet, and always ready to drive us from Little Rock to Rosemond to Acton, etc. From the time we chose a home, she was there making sure that we were pleased with our choice. She worked with the escrow people to see that escrow would close as soon as possible as we had trucks full of furniture to be delivered and needed keys to our new home. She also worked with the finance company to see that they had all signed documents need to complete the sale. Heaven sent. Thank you, Rocio. You are now our friend.
