Rochelle was AMAZING. She went above and beyond for us. She was easy to reach throughout the home shopping experience, she communicated in a straightforward manner (bonus for first time homebuyers like us) and most importantly she helped to get it done. She was knowledgeable (she taught us a few things and even saved us from what would have been a terrible deal..essentially a double contingency situation), she listened attentively and delivered based on our needs and expectations. We never felt like we were wasting our time (considering we were making an hour plus commutes to see houses). Toward closing she remained our advocate and helped us to contact the seller or lender as needed. After closing, on our move-in day she was there and again went above and beyond to manage a last minute issue (the seller had not removed two large pieces of furniture).
