Excellent experience, even in a stressful market!

I have been working with Rochelle for about 7 years now (5 buy/sell transactions) and the experience keeps getting better and better. She has a very good pulse on the market and is able to react quickly and professionally. Her communication is second to none, as she is clear, concise, and very responsive. Whether it's a call, text, or e-mail, she makes you feel like you're in outstanding hands. She also interacts with all of the third-parties involved (mortgage, inspectors, title company, etc.) and keeps things on track and moving along. Rochelle gives great advice on what you should and shouldn't do, what's in your best interest, and will not push you in to anything if it isn't a good fit. She's not just trying to make a sale, she's trying to earn your loyalty. Her attitude and professionalism have kept me coming back again and again, and whenever I hear somebody is looking to buy or sell, I immediately recommend Rochelle.
