Rochelle helped the reviewer sell this property

through the process explaining some of the questions and issues that arose

Rochelle took care of all of the minutia involved in selling a property and it was particularly important for me because I lived out of state. As a result, we were in communication on a daily basis either telephonically or through emails and text and I was kept the rest of everything that arose, including the need to negotiate with the buyer for some issues that arose, but that were resolved very smoothly by Rochelle. This went on for approximately one month during the Esco process are concluding finally in a trouble freeze sale much to my immense satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the services she and her agency provided and would recommend her highly for anybody looking for a professional, intelligent and personable, realtor
