Rochelle was absolutely fantastic to work with. Buying a house feels incredibly stressful and she made us feel confident in our choices. When we were still in the market for a lender, I was on the fence of using one that required realtor who were approved by them. Rochelle went out of her way to get herself approved for us, even though we didn’t end up going with them. She excelled at communication, not only with us, but with our lender, the buying realtor, and pretty much everyone else involved. I felt like I could ask her anything about the forms and get a straightforward explanation. It also felt like she fought for us during negotiations. She takes the time to build rapport with her clients so she can tell their story and give them an edge over competitors. From the beginning through the end, Rochelle checked in on us and answered questions. She was always prepared and quick to respond. She was honest and upfront with numbers. She was on top of every contingency that we needed to close, and we ended up closing early. We would absolutely use Rochelle again if we find ourselves in the market once more.

We had such an amazing experience working with Rochelle. We were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing. Every time we had a question or just didn't know what something meant she was quick to respond and help us understand. Long story short, when our offer was accepted our loan required no chipping paint on the house. A few places needed to be scrapped then repainted, and we didn't have a lot of time to do it. She was outside for hours with us scraping and repainting till it was literally dark outside. She went above and beyond, we are very appreciative for what she did for us. She is incredibly sweet and if we ever buy again in the future, I will be calling her.
