Robyn was determined to make our purchase happen in spite of geographical issues with the owner being in England. There was never an pressure put on us to make any particular deal.

We appreciated the way she assisted us since we were out of state. She did a walk through video that showed us pretty much everything we needed to know. I only wish we were informed of the lack of perimeter fence behind us and the car wash beside us. Would have been nice to meet her when we arrived.
