Robyn has been our family's realtor for many years. Her knowledge of the area market is suberb. She set realistic expectations for the recent sale of our home in Feb 2025 and then expertly guided us through the contract negotiations. She has lots of helpful connections with local contractors, allowing us to cost-effectively get our home ready to go on the market. Her photographer was top-notch. Everything she did helped us quickly close the deal early in March 2025. Robyn is highly personable, never making you feel rushed. She listens and offers advice but does not to try to force you to a certain course of action. She has spent hours helping one of our family members out of the goodness of her heart--she's just that kind of person.
