A Godsend, in every sense of the word!! I felt like her only client throughout the entire process. My anxiety levels are naturally set at max, but Robyn was able to keep me calm through everything. There were no questions left unanswered (and usually within minutes). I walked into my new house and knew it was the one I wanted. Robyn walked me through the bidding process and my offer was accepted and we were under contract in under 12 hours!! I was in shock, considering the market being bonkers. Robyn is amazing! We needed a home before our rental lease had run out and had been scouring Hickory for several weeks, even offering more than the asking price. Although we were getting a bit weary Robyn was undaunted. We found a place finally that was perfect and offered about $5K over. We were turned down because our bank had a reputation of dragging out the closing. Robyn found us a new lender and made sure a few small items were repaired at the seller's expense and BOOM, we had a house. It's such a relief to have someone with such knowledge and contacts to make things happen. I recommend her without reservation!
