They have an extreme talent for being able to read their customers and know EXACTLY what you're looking for, then find you THE PERFECT place! Robyn and Mark were so patient with us, since we had so, so many questions. They showed us some incredible places and found us one that we're very in love with. They made the process easy and fast, gave us great advice about everything, and referred us to all the right agents along the way for title company, bank, etc. They also communicated incredibly well throughout! And they were the friendliest and most likeable real estate agents I've ever met and have now become good friends of ours!

It appraised for what they thought and it was more than what people were offering without a realtor. I recommend not doing it on your own. It was a random chance that we met up with Robyn and Mark at Maui Luxury Partners. My wife and I were surfing the web one night with a wild dream of buying a condo in the Kaanapali area. We put in an inquiry and within 30 minutes received a call. That was the start of a wonderful relationship. Mark and Robyn helped us to see our dream come true. They are extremely knowledgeable and could give us the full scoop on all the condos in the area. During the purchasing process all of their recommendations and references were top notch (lenders, inspectors, escrow, property managers, etc.). I highly recommend Robyn and Mark, it was a great buying experience! I purchased a condo for investment purposes in Maui remotely while living internationally and the process was very smooth. Having Robyn/Mark on the ground in Maui was all I needed, they were able to give me a strong understanding of the local market as well as strengths/weaknesses of individual buildings that I wouldn't have otherwise known. Robyn/Mark were also able to give recommendations for other local services that has proven helpful. I also appreciated that they were on the same page as I was regarding making aggressive offers, I found that not all agents in Maui are willing to do so.
