As a California homeowner, I initially approached Robyn and Mark while I was on vacation, wanting to look for a condo which could become a second home in retirement. I was totally impressed as they listened to my wants and needs and quickly showed me a variety of listed properties to help clarify my expectations. Even though I had been vacationing in West Maui for twenty years, the home buying process required "local" expertise and Robyn and Mark were the best. They efficiently and thoughtfully helped me find a 2 bedroom condo which totally exceeded my expectations. Not only were they stellar in finding an ideal property; they were skilled and knowledgeable in helping negotiate a win/win deal, obtain financing, navigate the property close, and managing ongoing items. Despite doing the majority of this from California, it was seamless. The communication and responsiveness from both Robyn and Mark was better than I have ever experienced in real estate -- and I've bought and sold numerous properties over the years. Net, net. I'm not one who frequently provides references for folks, but do so with complete enthusiasm for Robyn and Mark! Definitely 5 star service!
It took three years & a couple of offers for us to find our perfect place on Maui.
