I loved working with Robyn. She helped me buy my second house and then sell my first house. Robyn was very patient, went through all the documents in detail, and managed my expectations. I never felt rushed or that my questions/concerns were unheard. She also has a network of people that you can tap into - mortgage lenders, handymen, lawyers. We shopped for a new home during the pandemic so it was very challenging to buy in a seller's market. She helped us draft the offer that the sellers accepted almost immediately. We ran into several issues with the home inspector and Robyn went above and beyond to try to rectify the problems, including contacting the inspector's manager and consulting attorneys on my options, since the issues came to light after we closed on the house. On the selling side, Robyn's pricing strategy got us into a multiple offer situation. We were under contract within 3 days. Robyn will do everything possible to meet your specifications. She guided me through the entire process of buying and selling and advocated for me at every turn. Robyn is a lot of fun to work with and I will be calling her again in the future.
