In fact she was able to sell my home, help me buy a new home, close escrow and move in 28 days. Robyn managed the entire process with confidence and ease. You couldn’t ask for a better agent and I will never consider using any other agent, even if I look out of state.

Robyn was an absolute professional who was supportive and knowledgeable! She got us some viewings the morning after we talked with her for the first time and we ended up buying one we saw that day. She Answered all the questions us new home buyers had as well as watched out for the stuff we had no idea about. She scheduled everything and kept the pressure on the sellers to follow through with their responsibilities. She was accessible outside normal business hours which made a huge difference for a couple who work 10 hour days. She was a recommendation from our lender and it became obvious as to why he "wouldn't recommend anyone else in the sac area." She provided recommendations for inspectors who again were knowledgeable Professionals who took the time to teach us about our house and save us some money. We never felt pressured to make a decision in any direction or without all the information we wanted. She was honest about condition and value of the house. While we were in awe and trying to picture our furniture in the space, she was checking for how noisy the area is and the quality of the existing windows. She shared with us her theory of business and that was that "she one day has to sell the house you buy" which tells it all. She cares about your happiness throughout the purchasing and owning process, cares about the house and its value, and is going to be honest and hard working so that "when it's the right house, at the right time" things will come together.

Robyn helped make it possible for us to purchase our first home. She made sure we closed on time and always kept us updated during the closing process. Robyn was very helpful in the home search and during the closing process. We will definitely be using Robyn again in the future!!!
