Robyn did her research in helping me sell my home. She was able to establish a selling price that enabled us to consider 3 offers that first weekend on market. She was in communication with me at all times. Her professionalism was always in evidence. Robyn also helped me with purchase of new home. Any questions I had about any properties she did not know answer to ,she immediately found the answer. She would drive through the neighborhoods of properties so I could decide if it was a neighborhood I would wish to live. Also she would point out ease of freeway access, potential shopping, places of worship and medical care. Robyn always was looking out for my best interests and is still willing to help me with recommendations of painters, gardeners,etc. I would not have made it through all the electronic paperwork without her assistance and encouragement.
