Very knowledgeable in the market Made things easy and stress-free

Robyn worked with us to get the best price for our property. We appreciate the time the team invested in getting our property sold.

We were very pleased with Robin& Melanies performance throughout entire transaction. We were provided with answers to all our questions in a timely manner and would not hesitate using Cutler Realty again. Thanks again.

Robin was not only prompt and very helpful she was the sweetest girl. She followed up on everything and looked out after our needs very efficiently. She was more than a five-star ...thank you Robin!!! God Bless You!!!

Melanie helped my sister and me with a number of transactions. She is patient, communicates and helps you navigate the process even when it’s quite complicated. I highly recommend Melanie and am very grateful for her professionalism and expertise

She was available when we needed her. Willing to take the time to explain the process and how it works. Knows the area, great communicator.

Robyn and Melanie are spot on with their market assessment, encouragement and communication with sellers.

Robyn was very knowledgeable and professional. She was fun to work with. Always smiling.

Robyn was so patient as I was searching for my home. She was amazingly knowledgeable about homes, areas, and construction considerations. Robyn has been great with checking in and reaching out even after I bought my home. This entire transaction has been so seamless, Robyn kept me up-to-date every step of the way.

I would recommend Robyn for her professionalism and knowledge during our selling process. Long process for us and she was always available to answer any questions . Her patience when I was impatient was very helpful.

Janet will send detail review and submit details! Thank you all !!

Robyn Clark/Spraig was our main sales associate and she was wonderful. We were selling our house and moving out of state. She responded quickly and had all the paperwork sent to us easily. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly and on point. We had lived in our home for 36 years and selling it was not an easy decision but Robyn was so kind with all our concerns throughout the process. I would recommend Cutler (Robyn Clark and Melanie Kidder) to anyone trying to sell their house!
