Robyn was very responsive to our needs and we obtained timely answers to our questions. She’s open minded and listens. In our case, we needed to decide on a listing price that made sense vis a vis our need to sell fast (we were moving out of state) and that would leave room for negotiation should there be repairs identified at the time of inspection. In the end, we were very satisfied with the price point, the celerity and the negotiations with the buyer.
