Both speaking with Robyn as well as written communications where very professional and to the point. My only thought was I do believe the original selling price was set to low as well as counter off. Yes, it is good to make a "quick" sale, however, with the length of time I have owned the property, there was not that big of a rush on my end. My problem since I went along with the experience realtor.
