Running into Robyn was the best thing that could have happened to me in buying my first home! Robyn was knowledgeable about the market and the different areas I was interested in. She was able to advise me on the quality of homes we looked at and the possible repairs and improvements I would want to do. She also had contacts for the repairs or improvements that I would not want to do or couldn’t do myself. As a first time buyer, I didn’t really know what I was in for trying to buy a home in this market, but Robyn helped me understand the process and what we would have to do in order to get it done. She got to know me and what I liked/looked for in a house and steered me towards ones that fit me (and away from the ones I didn’t want). At one point, I got a little desperate and wanted to put an offer on a house. Robyn was professional in explaining that she would communicate my offer, but that she didn’t think I really wanted the house. SHE WAS SO RIGHT! Nothing was wrong with it, it just wasn’t really what I was looking for and soon after I found my home. I can’t express how grateful I am for having an agent who really cared that I found a home rather than a house. I’m definitely sending anyone I know who’s looking to buy in her direction.
