Robin helped us every step of the way in the process of selling my mom's home. She clarified what improvements we needed (and didn't need) to make to the home before putting it on the market and then helped us find reputable and competent plumbers, painters, and cleaners. When we received multiple offers on the home, she went over the fine points with us and helped us choose the strongest one. Robin is a clear communicator, a resourceful business person, and always quick to respond to our questions and concerns–and we had many because it had been many years since we bought or sold a home. Her knowledge of the local market, her experience, and her kindness helped expedite and smooth what could've been a very stressful process, and for that, we are truly grateful.
