Robin was one of the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with. She has a exceptional knowledge of the real estate market. She priced and sold my late father's house (in the winter months) in the first week that she had a open house on the property. Her market analysis of how to price the property allowed us to realize two offers over the selling price too. She also used technology effectively to share comps and determine a selling price, and to quickly close the transaction. Nothing but positive things to say about Robin. I reviewed three realtors before making a decision, and it was a no-brainer that Robin offered a superior service. On her first tour of the condo, she gave really constructive and realistic feedback on how to optimize my selling price, and she never pushed me to make expensive updates. When I asked, she was always able to to provide recommendations, no matter what I asked her - tradesmen, paint colours, real-estate lawyers, etc, which really helped me get the condo ready for sale in a much quicker time than I would have done, if I hadn't had her in my corner. She helped me stage my condo and even provided a lot of the staging fixtures and furniture, which I thought went above and beyond for a client. The photographer she hired did an amazing job, and I loved how the condo was presented to future buyers. She was very responsive to all emails, texts and calls. Finally, she was professional and responsive and and also the nicest, kindest person. At a really stressful time in my life, she kept me sane throughout the whole process. My condo sold in a weekend for over my-asking price. I couldn't have done it without her. I highly, highly ecommend her.
Robin is knowledgeable, resourceful and ethical. She will do absolutely anything for her clients, in clouding getting up at 5:00 in the morning to be sure she is at the house to meet an inspector. She fights hard to get the most for her clients. She knows the laws, and she knows who to go to to get things done.
