Robin proved to be very experienced and very knowledgeable of the market. She was quick to reply to any questions or concerns any day anytime. Robin was very helpful in making this a seamless process from start initial home search, negotiations, and closing.
My experience with the Robin was awesome! She was helpful and made out our first home buying experience unforgettable!! Would totally recommend
Robin was a tremendous help in the entire process of selling my home. I had moved states and the house was a fixer upper that needed an investor and some love to bring it to its full potential. She was wonderful in understanding my prioritization and knowing where to invest and where not to in order for it to be the best outcome. I'm incredibly happy that she was part - and leading - this entire process, she made everything much easier to understand and less stressful.
Robin is a very knowledgeable and focused professional who walked with us in lock step for the entire process. She utilized a very effective marketing strategy that resulted in the successful sale of our property . She enlisted a team of professionals to assist in staging, minor repairs, etc. Robin’s attention to detail was exceptional. From the beginning of the process to the close, we felt comfortable that we were in the hands of a true professional. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for representation in the sale of their home.
Robin did a great job of getting us ready to show the house and market it. She respectfully pointed out some things we could do to make the interior appealing, and she had a professional photographer take amazing pictures. She also skillfully handled several situations that required diplomacy (and transparency) to ensure that our house closed on time. And, the house sold in 2 days. Overall, she is very professional, composed, and committed to helping her clients get through the experience with as little stress as possible. Thank you, Robin!
Robin was a wonderful real estate agent and went above and beyond in helping my husband and I find a home in a very difficult market. We really appreciated her experience and professionalism.
Robin worked tirelessly to help my parents downsize into a home that was right for them. She listened and was patient and we are very pleased with the service she provided.
I needed to sell my home quickly, because I was moving across the country. My realtor for the house I was buying recommended Robin to me. After contacting Robin, she was able to come over and check out my home, talk to me about what needed to be improved in order for me to sell quickly, then helped me place my home on the market within a few days. Only five days after the home was on the market, numerous people were coming to check it out daily, and some were placing offers. Robin was phenomenal with helping me sell my home as quickly as I needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house!

I would highly recommend Robin Taylor for your Real State needs. Her professionalism and market experience were terrific, even through this pandemic. Robin was able to assist me and my family relocation needs as we recently relocated from Houston Texas to Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh. We were successful in procuring a home within Oakdale, Pa, associated to South Fayette Township.
We used Robin’s help to sell our home. She was one of the most responsive realtors we found even when we were shopping for one. Robin did everything she could to make the sale fast and easy- be it in decision making to take up an offer or to negotiate prices. Despite being in a different state and later in a different country during the time of the sale, Robin was always accessible to answer questions, with her response time being less than 6hrs despite time zone differences. Document signing has never been easier as well - all perfectly highlighted and tailored to specific needs. She always kept us in the loop about any hurdles or fall outs. As a busy professional and a parent, I would highly recommend Robin with eyes shut to trust her with buying/selling your next home- one of the most important financial decisions that anyone makes at some point in their lives!
