I had a bad experience with another realtor before I met with Robin, and not only did she calm the fears and anxiety I had as a first time homebuyer, but she exceeded every expectation. She was more than willing to explain every step of the process and clearly did her homework before we even got to the houses we viewed. There were some houses that we thought we would like, just for her to explain to us that she had visited that house earlier in the week and she just simply wouldn't let us buy it due to terrible problems (asbestos, black mold, not up to code in extreme ways, ect)! She saved my fiancé and my time, which is very valuable to us as we both work full time.
