Robin Ross is simply amazing! I truly don't know if I could have gotten through the selling of my Mum's house after her passing without Robin and her team. Her ability to respect the sentiment as well as her candor concerning her recommendations for me before we listed the house was exactly what I needed. The expertise she holds in her field got me multiple offers on the first day of showing along with a signed contract the very next day. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to get someone out to resolve an issue with the sewer line which was discovered at the home inspection. Her speedy action enabled us to pull off a closing in 21 days which worked out well for both myself and the buyer. Besides being everything I could ask for in a real estate agent, she is a genuinely caring individual. The phone calls she made to me before and after the house closed just to check in and see how I was doing meant the world to me.
