When we decided to sell our investment property (condominium) there was not a second choice in choosing our Real Estate Agent. Robin Reed-Hicks. We had worked with Robin when we purchased our home and had a seamless, pleasant experience. Robin immediately researched the recent sales in our condo community so she could suggest a fair and reasonable sales price. We had 2 cash offers the first week on the market. Robin indicated the offers were most likely investors and the offers were lower than she felt the condominium was worth in today’s market. Robin advised us to stay within the range of our listed sales price. Just as Robin had suggested we received a strong offer that was acceptable. As we proceeded through the appraisal, inspection and negotiations Robin clearly had our best interest as her motivation as well as being respectful and reasonable with the buyers.
