I don't even know where to begin. Before going into the real estate side, I'll start by saying Robin likely the kindest and most wholehearted person I have ever met. She gives without expectation of reward and shows up for me day in and day out, even after the sale has closed and she has long been compensated for her work. For the real estate side of things, I hired her to find me a rental property and we found one within just a few weeks. I live a couple hours away, so she made it very easy for me by touring properties and sending me walk throughs for each one she would find. I just about purchased this property before even seeing it in person, just going off the information she would send me. After the acquisition, Robin used her wide range of contacts to help me with repairs that needed to be done. She would only refer me contractors that she trusted. And because I trusted her, I knew I could trust the contractors and the work came out great. Moreover, there were some things that came up later that should have been disclosed by the seller, and should have been repaired, and were not. Robin continued to fight to make it right and make sure the seller had some accountability even after the sale was closed. In summary, I guarantee you won't be disappointed in hiring Robin as your agent whether you are looking for your family home, a rental, or any project. I feel blessed to have met this kind soul. You may be just her client, but she makes you feel like family.

Overall, this was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Robin as a buyer’s agent, and based on my earlier experience watching her represent the seller, I would confidently recommend her as a seller’s agent as well.
