Robin was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. One year ago I met Robin through a mutual acquaintence. At that time I simply wanted a tour of the area. She listened to my criteria and stuck to it. After deciding on an area I gave her my criteria for specific properties to look at on my next visit. She provided me with listings that met my interests and we set a date to view them. During this visit I was able to narrow down my selection to a specific property. From this point forward she was always 2 steps ahead of me. She kept me informed and up to date then set my expectations for next steps. Any issues that arose along the way she resolved immediately. Her relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys and general contractors proved to be exceedingly helpful. Being 800 miles away never was an issue. Again, I can't say enough about Robin's skills and friendly professionalism!! You are lucky to have her on your team!!!
