Robin went above and beyond to show me properties, I made a trip down but most of them SHE went and face timed me while walking through the properties. That was so valuable, and if I needed a better picture to identify something, she would go back and send it. From putting offers in to finally getting an acceptance (real estate market in FL has been crazy), helping me find the right insurance, housing inspector, maintenance people and getting this property closed, she has been wonderful though it all. We actually purchased a condo and Robin was our eyes and ears. She would go to the listing and facetime us so we could see best we could. She has always been available for us in every way be that by phone ( yes! She answers her phone!) By email or by text. When purchasing from another state this is so important to know your agent is there for you. I am a retired agent myself and tend to have high expectations and Robin would be my choice doing it all again. If you're buying or selling do yourself a favor and contact her.
