Had several discussions with Robin before listing our home in which she gave us a strategy for pricing and preparing our home for sale. She advised us to do a couple upgrades, recommended staging the home, and set the pricing based on her market knowledge to facilitate a sale. Her recommendations meant unplanned expenditures and required us to list the house earlier than we had planned to take advantage of the optimum market timing for potential buyers. Although I hesitated at first, we followed all of her recommendations, and were rewarded with a quick sale and closing at a fair price. Despite our geographic separation, the only issues that arose throughout the process were those caused by the buyer's agent. We've bought and sold several houses over the years, and actually questioned the value of having an agent for our home sale. I'm glad that we chose a seller's agent for this transaction, and I'm especially glad that we chose Robin.
