I'm a big believer in not only solid communication, but maybe a touch on the "over-communicating" side of things. Especially with life events of the buying/selling a home magnitude. Robin kept us in the loop, always keeping the ball moving but never any pressure. We went from listing to close in ~45 days, as smooth as it possibly could have been and no doubt in my mind that Robin deserves more than her fair share of the credit!
