Robin Miller is the best of what a buyer or seller needs. Most clients really don't understand why they need a realtor beyond being told they do. Sure they know there are steps to take, comps to be considered but knowing Robin I've discovered The Last job I would want is hers!!! My parents used her both to buy & sell, I have too and last year so did my daughter and her very detail oriented partner. "Don't do it without Robin! Trust me!" I said. Robin does her job with a cheerful aspect that hides her Years of experience at several broker's offices. She doesn't brag or put on a front of "without me you're toast" she just does everything including Very importantly client therapy; an unacknowledged factor in emotionally difficult situations. I followed her to ReMax and we would never consider anyone else. Robin has the audacity to know more than I! She's a superstar see above The opposite of the stiff off-putting options I've suffered.
