As new home buyers in a seller's market, we had lost hope of finding the perfect home. We were often confused when looking at new homes to see if it was a fit for us, but Robin made it so much easier. She offered good and honest advice towards every property we saw. When we had found THE home, Robin wrote up an amazing offer that was accepted right away and beat out many other offers. She was super responsive and on top of her game throughout the entire process. We literally had no complaints! She outlined everything for us in an understandable manner! She honestly made the whole process enjoyable and guided us like we were her family members! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

This was as stress free as possible. Robin handles so much more that taking the listing. From city inspection to contractors. Dealing with the buyer and the title company. Even checking the mail. This was an easy transaction at a difficult time. Robin loves her job and it shows.

We had been trying to sell my mother's house out in St Clair for months with no offers. I'd rather not slam our first agent and just go right into how awesome it was when Robin entered the picture :) She noticed things that were done wrong on the business side originally and made all of the appropriate changes to the listing. She gave us exceptional advice on any updates or repairs...things I would have never thought of before and took incredible pictures. House was put back on the market (with a much better description) and sold within 9 days :) I feel the best part though was that before the closing we were hit with Covid and everything shut down. Robin worked diligently to keep things moving (not to mention helping me keep my head on as well) and reassured us numerous times that it was going to get done. Bottom line she made it work when we were in desperate need to sell and for the price we were asking... AND then rocked it out during the pandemic :) The only regret I have is that I wish knew Robin from the get go! I am also proud to now call her my friend.

When my brother passed Robin was there for me.She came to his house and we sat and talked.She was such a mentor to me and helped me get through his passing. I knew Robin was very knowledgeable in real estate She worked hard in her field and took extra classes to improve herself to be better.Little did she know now one could be better. Her enthusiasm about life and real estate says it all. So when it was time to sell my brothers house I knew she was the one .
