Robin is very professional, yet personal. She helped me every step of the way in the sale of my mother's home. I was truly grateful that she made a planning calendar and had the estimated dates when various parts of the sale would occur and the deadlines for me to have particular items done. Robin explained the various details during the whole process and was very communicative and responded quickly to my questions. She kept me apprised of appointments and offers, and when staging the home she was very up-to-date on what a buyer would like to see in a home. We ended up closing for $51,000 over listing price with several offers to chose from. I am grateful for Robin, and would decidedly have her be my realtor again whether buying or selling a home.

Robin sold two properties for me. The first was a property in Long Beach, CA that I inherited. First she went to the property with me to evaluate the situation. I had a squatter there that had been my cousins caregiver and she pointed out thing that I needed to be aware of. We then sent a notice that the squatter needed to vacate the premises so the property could be sold. She hired someone for me to clean up the outside and inside of the house. This helped me greatly since I was in a time crunch and too emotionally attached to the old house. It was sold "As Is" to a developer quickly. Robin had quite an extensive Punch List and my husband and I did a lot of upgrades to our Placentia property to get it ready to list for sale. The house in Placentia sold after 13 showings and 4 days and we received $25K over the asking price. We are very happy with how Robin handled the sale and the new owners that bought the home I had lived in for 32 years.

I would recommend Robin to anyone who wants to sell any property. I live 100 miles away from the properties and it was difficult for me to take any immediate action when something happened at the properties. She would cail me to let me know what was going on and she would take care of anything that happened. She has sold two places for me and did an excellent job on both.
