Robin Harward was an excellent real estate agent to work with. She started working to earn my business immediately, helping me prepare and stage the house. She also helped me find and make appointments to fix things that needed to be repaired, and kept me apprised of market trends. She fielded all my questions and we discussed pros and cons for setting the price. She knows her business and works well with the other agents. She was also creative and looked for ways that might encourage buyers to be interested in purchasing the house and shared comments with me from prospective buyers and real estate agents who walked through. She was kind, patient and easy to communicate with. Robin kept me well informed throughout the process. She returned my texts and phone calls in a timely manner, listened to my ideas and was willing to discuss marketing strategies. She followed up leads and helped me consider various options. She handled all the paperwork and followed through as we wrapped things up. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would definitely hire her again.
