Other realtors I have came across seemly listened, but when it came time to show me properties clearly did not hear a word I said. Robin was very knowledgeable of the Daytona Beach area. She was very responsive to my needs and wants in purchasing a new home. I was in search of a newly built home with upgrades at an affordable price within a specific area, she did a great job of showing me properties that fell within my specific requests. She was available for me in the evenings and on the weekends, this made it easy for me to avoid taking time from work to search for my new home. I felt like I was completely prepared for the closing process well in advance, this created a high level of comfort in what is normally considered to be a stressful situation.
