Negotiations commensed. robin handled it all brilliantly and kept me informed at every step. robin accompanied me to the title agency to sign the final papers after reviewing and updating them. this sale was somewhat hectic and time consuming for her and she did it all with calmness and grace. so for me, easy as pie! thank you for everything, robin fulling!!!
