I do not know where to begin with how happy I am with my realtor Robin. I’ve worked with her for over a year in finding a house. I wasn’t ready to buy when I first started working with her. Robin was the best! We were unsure of what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, and which part of town we wanted to live on. The first agent we had tried to pressure us into liking the homes "she" wanted us to buy. We didn't like that at all, and started second-guessing if we really even needed to buy a house. But then we found Robin, and she was completely different. Not only did she listen to what we wanted and only suggested homes with that criteria, she also worked like a pit bull to get us in to see the homes we liked right away. Even with this, my husband and I have different tastes and had trouble finding a home we both liked, so we must have asked Robin to show us at least 20 houses in a week. She did not show an ounce of frustration or hesitation. She was extremely professional, and was realistic and honest when we asked her questions, even about sale offers and associated costs of the homes. With Robin's help, we found the home we wanted, and got a very competitive deal. I cannot recommend her enough. She is direct, but courteous, and will tell you exactly what you need to know, and not just glaze over bad things or paint a perfect picture to get you to buy a house.
