Outstanding service and knowledge

We found Rob to be very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He is extraordinarily responsive and accommodating, helping us in any way he could. As we are transferring from another state, it was extremely helpful to us to have someone on site who knows so many of the local service providers and subject matter experts. In my view he went out of his way to make what is usually a very stressful time for us, a smooth and straightforward process. Plus, when the previous owner left many items behind, including a very heavy concrete patio table & stools, refrigerator, washer/dryer and more, Rob arranged for it all to be removed and donated where possible. He even took the trash to the curb for pickup on trash day!! I will recommend Rob to anyone in the Prescott / Prescott Valley area whether buying or selling.
