Robin Brill is affiliated with Terrie O’Connor Realtors, working out of the Saddle River office. She is a co-owner of Swapping Scenes - a senior and specialty move management company. As a former lawyer Robin has decades of experience engaging with others. She has a passion for community engagement and relationship building, which has led her to the real estate business that helps and supports her Swapping Scenes business. Swapping Scenes assists older adults, their families, and others in navigating the twists, turns, and emotions involved in transitioning to new, or renewed, living environments.
Robin realized that her clients and the greater communities around them would benefit from engaging with a real estate professional that understands their needs and respects their feelings. Often the sales of clients' homes are handled by individuals that do not get to know them and are unaware of their needs. “Any move can cause stress and anxiety. For the senior moving away from their established home... filled with memories and memorabilia... it can be overwhelming”. Adding real estate to the already successful Swapping Scenes business model, Robin guides, educates and supports her clients through their next transition - whether selling or buying.
A long-time Rockland County resident, Robin has spent years practicing law, problem-solving, brokering agreements, and building relationships even as she became a mom to her three children. Robin works with local, grassroots political organizations, engaging her community and maintaining relationships with elected officials. She sits on the Board of FairPlay, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the adaptation of toys for children with disabilities, and has served on the Orangetown Jewish Center’s Board of Trustees. Robin has been married to her husband Mitch for almost 30 years and has three amazing children.
