Having previously been married to a realtor for 20 years in Ohio, and a top agent to boot, I certainly feel I know a good realtor when I see one. Having relocated to Florida from Ohio, Robin was recommended to me by a family friend and did not disappoint. Several times during my purchase, she had my back and negotiated the best possible deal for me. She was thorough, did her homework, and most importantly, held all those in the lending process, from the lender to the seller's agent, accountable for all things. I felt very secure knowing Robin was my realtor. In addition, she was very flexible in her schedule and showing me houses at last moment sometimes. I will use her again should I ever need to move and will highly recommend to friends and colleagues moving to the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
