We recently purchased a new build using Robin as our agent. I did not think that there would be a lot that she could offer, being there was little negotiation with the home builder. However, she was by our side for the whole 1 year journey of the build. She even walked our property and showed up during several construction phases. She had helpful information that we were not aware of even after 6 home purchases. I highly recommend using Robin for a new or used home purchase or as your listing agent. See exceeded our expectations.
