Best Realtor and a true relocation specialist     In August 2020 we needed to Move from Virginia to Florida it was imperative that we find a trustworthy realtor. Roberto Pereira was referred to us by a friend, he earned our trust right away by being responsive to our needs. He really went over and beyond to find us the perfect home in the sunshine state. We had our heart set on a specific neighborhood but with our timing it wasn’t available so we ended up putting a contact on another home very close to where we wanted and with a higher price tag. Hours from the contact being accepted Roberto saw a new listing on the realtor site (not shown to the public) that was in the neighborhood that we originally wanted and he jumped on it right away. Thanks to Roberto we ended up with the perfect home and at a more comfortable price tag to retire. On top of being an outstanding Realtor he is an excellent relocation specialist! He is very knowledgeable with all of the laws and procedures in Florida and helped us with setting up home insurance etc. We highly recommend Roberto Pereira
