I signed a contract with Roberto Gonzalez on July 15, 2023 for which he had 60 days to sell my apartment building. By July 17th, he had 3 offers for the building! (Amazing!) I accepted one of those offers & on August 25th closed the deal at settlement. Everything that needed to be done in between those dates was handled with complete professionalism by Mr. Gonzalez!
