This sale was made especially difficult due to my HOA/COA not communicating effectively/at all. They also had the most stringent and arbitrary rules Robyn or I have ever experienced. She followed through with everything and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely give her my business again in the future.
No one else could have done a better job than Robyn Zweiban at Keller Williams in getting my house sold. Especially since my house was a Manufactured Home, and selling a Manufactured Home process is a little different than selling a regular home. Robyn did her research and knew exactly what needed to be done. My whole experience with Robyn was wonderful! From working with her Photographer, getting my house listed, guidance in staging my house for showings, the home inspection to the closing date. She always had my best interest at heart, and let me know that she would take care of everything, and she did! She went above and beyond what she needed to do to get my house sold.
