We had the pleasure of working with Roberta as our Buyer's Agent when we purchased a house in SW Florida. Roberta exceeded our expectations in every regard. Roberta is proactive, organized, responsive, and provides exceptional customer service. We were out-of-state buyers, which is usually a very challenging circumstance. Roberta went above and beyond to help us through those challenges by identifying local contractors for all of the inspections and services needed. She attended all of the inspections on our behalf because we were not available to travel there on such short notice. She helped us to negotiate a buyer credit for a roof replacement that was sorely needed. She even went so far as to help us find some key furniture pieces to get us started and personally delivered them to our house. We highly recommend Roberta. She will continue to be our go-to agent for any future purchases we make in the area.
