We were not planning on buying a new home, but on a whim, my husband and I decided to buy a new home that we just happened to come across online. I contacted Zillow to take a tour, fell in love with it, got pre approved and made an offer. We had to sell our home within 2 weeks and Roberta came in and told us exactly what to do to get it ready. I was quite impressed with the knowledge that she had about the area, buying and selling homes, and her contacts who were readily available to assist us. Everything was just amazing. From the first minute she was in our house, she explained the exact process to follow and if we followed it correctly our house would have multiple offers. She even brought over some of her own art work and plants to give it that extra touch. We listed on a Friday and in the first day, we had a verbal offer (in writing by Sunday). Then another offer on Monday. We ended up selling our house within 3 days of listing and could not be happier. It sold over the Zillow Zestimate price. Roberta took every single call, answered every question, put my fears at bay and sold our house within the allotted time frame so we could buy our dream home.
