Roberta helped us purchase this townhome 4 years ago and worked with us through the listing and selling process to find the right buyer. She gave us honest feedback and sound advice on where to spend our time and efforts in preparing the home to sell. Roberta’s communication was timely and honest.
Roberta was kind and helpful. She was responsive to all of our inquiries and really focused on advocating for us. I wouldnt hesitate to refer her, or use her services again in the future.
Roberta is the best! So supportive and communicative! She really walks you through every step and keeps you calm and confident! Would work with her over and over again!
Roberta was amazing to work with. As a Listing Agent, she gave me a number she thought was a fair asking price based on her knowledge of the neighborhood and current market. Roberta was very hands-on throughout the whole process. She communicated each step of the way, what to expect, and what was needed. As a Buyer's Agent, Roberta was invaluable in finding me my new home in Wildwood, MO, in the Villages of Cherry Hills Subdivision. She was always available when I had concerns or questions.
Roberta was fantastic to work with — She really knows the local market and guided us through a very competitive buying process with patience and confidence. She never rushed us, answered all our questions, and was a strong negotiator when it counted. Thanks to her, we found the perfect home—we’d recommend her to anyone!
Roberta was amazing. She was persistent, thoughtful, helpful, professional and wonderful. We are located out of town and she really took care of selling my aunt’s home for us. We are so grateful for her assistance and suggestions.
