For months my husband and I both anticipated and dreaded for the time to come to begin looking for our first home. We’ve heard all the stories of how difficult and stressful buying a home can be, especially for first time homeowners. The process can be so overwhelming from all of what we’ve heard but Robert did such an impressive job at making this experience the least bit stressful; He was quick with his responses whenever we had any questions or needed more information, no matter the time of day. He was always available, even while working with others. Before we knew it we were homeowners in one month’s time from looking for our home, making an offer, and closing escrow. Robert made this so easy for me and my husband it was almost unbelievable. Aside from his punctuality, he is also very genuine. It’s clear he isn’t looking to just make a sale but to actually help find the best home for your family. He gives his honest opinion on each property and will do his best to look at each house with you, rain or shine. We looked at houses in the rain and he even let us stay in the car while he ran around in the rain grabbing information for us. He’s your all around guy and realtor and I’d definitely recommend him.

Buying our first home was one of the most difficult things we have ever done. After being out bid 4 times and searching for almost 9 months we went with Robert. Whenever we needed disclosures, or we were unsure about a neighborhood Robert would go out of his way to give us his feed back in a timely manner.
