Dave was awesome and very patient with me. I was probably a little impossible and very particular, but he stuck right in there with me. I had been looking diligently for a house for almost a year and finally something came through in September. I know I probably got on Dave's nerves, but he was patient, respectful, helpful at all times. I might text him at night and he would respond. He answered any questions I had and if he didnt know the answer, he would search it up and get back to me. When I wanted to take a break from looking to rest my brain, he didnt nag me or bother me. He waited for me to contact him and then we went at it looking at houses again. I really appreciate him. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure me and my family was happy.
